This game simulates flying on a single-seat fighter aircraft that was used by the Royal Air Force and other Allied countries before, during, and after World War II.

The simulator has a HUD and basic controls. The flight physics are simplified to ensure ease of piloting. But in general, the game is aimed at a high level of realism.

WOW! I used to play a plane game when I was a child. This game reminded me that game. I liked the whole, it's awesome!

Thank you! There used to be a lot of cool games. In my childhood in the 1990s, they seemed magical. It's amazing that this is possible with computers as weak as at the time.

The best ww2 plane game I know here in itch io

thank you for creating this

I really wanted to reach the end but the fuel always run out quickly

The fuel supply is made small so that you can't fly over the edge of the earth and see that it actually stands on whales and turtles.

Thank you for the comment. There are a lot of unfinished things in this simulator. I will say more, the only thing that has been done well here is the flight dynamics. Cannon shooting requires improvements. The animation of the landing gear release and cleaning requires improvements. The animation of the propeller rotation requires improvements. And in the game, in fact, there are no enemies to shoot at. I had a version with an alien ship as an enemy. I don't know if it's worth posting it.

Can you also make a cockpit view? it would be epic to look at the cockpit while shooting

The appearance of the aircraft that I use here is a ready-made asset. Unfortunately, the interior of the cockpit is not implemented in it. For this reason, I limited the camera view from the pilot's eyes (press "C" key to switch cameras) to the pitch angle from below, so that it was impossible to see the instrument panel in the cockpit. For now I do not plan to create the interior of the cockpit for this game yet.
