Fuel consumption added

The flight physics model is improved. An imitation of the fuel reserve is created.

The amount of available fuel is displayed in the bottom line of the HUD.

The fuel rate depends on the current throttle level of the power plant. The dependence is non-linear.

If the value of the "FUEL" parameter decreases to zero, the engine stops running.
